Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have government-issued ID and Nevada TAM Card.
• Nevada Gaming License required.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Ability to use a Fire Extinguisher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure guest and team member safety.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures within the venue.
• Stand post and observe activities to ensure compliance with laws and Palms policies.
• Respond to emergencies and potential security incidents.
• Prepare detailed written reports per procedures.
• Identify and preserve evidence as needed.
• Conduct arrests and searches following laws and policies.
• Coordinate with other staff and agencies as required.
• Maintain security posture during events and high-traffic periods.
