Job summary

MGM Resorts International at National Harbor, MD is seeking a Nightlife Security Officer to be the first line of safety in our vibrant nightlife venues. You will monitor entrances, manage crowd flow, and respond to emergencies to ensure a memorable, secure guest experience.

You are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer service. Previous security experience at a nightclub or high-volume venue is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous security experience at a nightlife venue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with confidence and professionalism while maintaining a safe environment from entry to exit.
• Monitor entrances, manage crowd flow, and respond to emergencies or disturbances.
• Enforce venue policies and help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
