Job summary

MGM Resorts National Harbor is seeking a Nightlife Security Officer to serve as the first line of safety in our nightlife venues. You will monitor entrances, manage crowd flow, and respond to emergencies while ensuring a welcoming, secure environment for guests.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. The role runs Thursday to Saturday from 6:00pm to 2:45am with comprehensive benefits and perks for eligible employees.
