Job summary

MGM Resorts National Harbor is seeking a Nightlife Security Officer to serve as the first line of safety in our nightlife venues. You will monitor entrances, manage crowd flow, and respond to emergencies while ensuring a welcoming, secure environment for guests.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. The role runs Thursday to Saturday from 6:00pm to 2:45am with comprehensive benefits and perks for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Previous security experience at a nightclub, high-volume bar or club preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: greet guests with confidence and professionalism from entry to exit.
• Security & Compliance: monitor, report and respond to emergencies or disturbances while enforcing venue policies and regulations.
• Crowd Management: control guest flow and address disorderly or disruptive behavior.
