Descripción de la vacante

Maple Hospitality Group seeks a Nightlife Manager for The Studio at Maple & Ash Miami. You will run the venue Thursday–Saturday, curate DJ programming, and manage guest flow, VIPs, and events with the Maple & Ash team in a high-energy Downtown Miami setting.

Bring 3+ years in luxury lounge ops, a local Miami network, and fluency with SevenRooms and POS systems. Expect late nights and weekends, with a role on the Maple & Ash management team.

Formación

• Three or more years managing a high‑end lounge or comparable venue in Miami with staff and P&L responsibility.
• You know the Miami book: concierges, residents, regulars, and the people who book tables.
• You understand which rooms turn late and who runs them.
• Experience hiring DJs and promoters and holding them to numbers.
• SevenRooms and POS fluency is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Run The Studio Thursday through Saturday: the door, the floor, the tables, the close.
• Own the programming: DJs, live performances, Guest Shifts, promoters, and brand partners, booked, promoted, and measured against the night's revenue.
• Grow the guest list through tastemakers and local insiders who seek tables on Fridays.
• Work the city on off nights: concierges, residences, hotels, and Miami lifestyle brands, with our Event Sales Manager.
• Turn dinner guests into Studio guests, coordinating with Maple & Ash teams.
• Host the private side: buyouts, VIP parties, and events for up to 100 guests with our events team.
• Hire, train, and lead the Studio team, including the door.
• Maintain the standard: music, light, pacing, and guest mix with Messy elegance as the brief.
• Be part of Maple & Ash management: weekly manager meetings, scheduling, and Studio P&L.
