Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety and local regulatory requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of restaurant and/or bars.
• Plan and organize staff work schedules.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Recommend staffing actions in line with company rules.
• Alert management to serious issues.
• Ensure staff are trained and certified with proper tools.
• Ensure guest service and handle complaints with recovery guidelines.
• Assist in developing promotions and marketing programs.
• Monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results.
• Maintain inventory control, security of monies, and cost control.
• Aim to meet budgeted revenues and control labor costs.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are clean and maintained.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned and stocked for anticipated volume.
• Coordinate special events for the venue when needed.
