Rite of Passage is seeking a Youth Care Worker on the night shift at Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, FL. The role provides 24-hour supervision and supports youth aged 13-18 through structured activities, counseling, and daily routines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (or 60 college hours) and a valid Driver's License; prior work with at-risk youths is welcomed. Work hours are 12-hour night shifts with benefits starting within 90 days and overtime eligibility.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working with at-risk youth in direct care OR 60 hours of college education.
• Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure youth safety.
• Monitor and document youth behaviors.
• Supervise youth during Sports and Recreation.
• Mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program.
