Job summary

Rite of Passage in Paisely, Florida is seeking a Part Time On Call Youth Care Worker to support at Hope Forest Academy. The role focuses on supervising and assisting at‑risk youth ages 12‑18 in a ranch‑style campus setting.

This position starts at $19 per hour. Excellent training is provided, with opportunities to gain hands‑on experience in counseling, supervision, and youth development while contributing to a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a DCF criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and TB test.
• Empathetic, patient, treats others with respect.
• Desire to work with troubled teens.
• Previous work with youth preferred; no prior experience required.

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Part Time On Call Youth Care Worker at Hope Forest Academy in Paisely, Florida.

Our campus spans 49 acres, a ranch‑style environment where we provide services and care for at‑risk boys ages 12‑18. We offer daily outdoor experiences with turkeys, deer, wild peacocks and two lakes stocked with fish for kids and staff.

Position pays $19 per hour to start.
