Job summary

Hope Forest Academy, part of Rite of Passage, in Paisely, Florida, is hiring a Night Youth Care Worker to provide around-the-clock supervision for at-risk youth aged 10-17. This role focuses on safety, care, and skill development in a compassionate environment.

You will work nights (7 pm–8 am), earn $19 per hour to start, and receive benefits including a 6% 401k match, an Essential Skills Bonus of $1,000, and group medical, dental, and vision coverage. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass DCF criminal background check, drug screen and TB test.
• No prior experience required; experience with youth is preferred.
• Excellent training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of at-risk youth.
• Address physical, personal and health needs through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Maintain active supervision at all times.
