Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Group Supervisor for Hope Forest Academy in Paisley, FL. You will supervise Coach Counselors and ensure safety and around-the-clock care for youth, guiding staff on policies and best practices.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year in a supervisory role, a high school diploma, and a desire to work with at-risk teens. Background checks and TB tests are part of the process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of youth.
• Provide guidance on policy, procedures, schedules and best practices to the Coach Counselor Team.
• Lead by directing youth and staff to meet program expectations.
• Report to the Shift Supervisor.
