Job summary

Tyson Foods in Camilla, GA is seeking a Yard Driver for the 3rd shift to operate shag trucks, move trailers, and manage dock activity with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 6 months of recent driving experience, and a clean MVR. You’ll ensure product protection, load sealing, and adherence to Tyson procedures while maintaining a safe yard environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Minimum 6 months driving experience in the last 12 months.
• Clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with no DUI/DWI in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate shag trucks and move trailers in and out of loading areas.
• Monitor temperatures, fuel levels, and refrigeration units for product protection.
• Seal loads and maintain trailer seal integrity on Tyson property.
• Maintain safe traffic flow in the yard and ensure trailer cleanliness.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and report defects promptly.
