Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Yard Driver to move trailers, manage yard operations, and support the Logistics Team at our Lee, FL location. Night shift 5:00 pm - 5:00 am with 2/2/3 rotation and potential holiday/weekend duties.

The role requires a Class A CDL, forklift certification, and strong teamwork, with safety and accuracy in loading/unloading. Competitive benefits and a robust dispatch environment await the right candidate.

Qualifications

Class A CDL license required.
Licensed and qualified to operate a sit-down forklift.
Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork skills.
Motivated self-starter capable of working with a team or independently.
Good basic math skills for loading/unloading accuracy.
Ability to read and comprehend complex written instructions.
Basic computer navigation skills; Windows, SAP, Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities

Move trailers in and out of docks in a timely manner.
Maintain yard tractor, truck yard, and warehouse in a clean, safe state.
Interact with warehouse crew, quality control, and production to maximize output.
Inspect drop trailers prior to docking and drop loads as needed.
Perform all functions of a Warehouse team member when required.
Complete monthly online E-Learnings and daily safety observations.
Be capable of Dock Coordinator and Yard Driver duties as trained.
Maintain red tag trailer reports and daily yard checks.
