Job summary

Primo Brands is hiring for a warehouse roles coordinating inbound/outbound product, dock operations, and yard management. The role requires coordinating drivers, processing receipts, and maintaining accuracy of yard data in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of warehouse experience, SAP familiarity, and a track record of teamwork, reliability, and flexible scheduling including overtime and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse preferred.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of inbound and outbound product across the dock.
• Maintain yard inventory and perform inbound receipts and outbound BOLs.
• Regularly analyze data to solve problems in the warehouse.
• Maximize dock door utilization and line load, directing drivers as needed.
• Process pick tickets.
• Post goods issue for all outbound loads.
• Receipt of inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrival.
• Maintain accuracy of Yard Management.
• Communicate with Yard Jockeys and Carriers to improve dock efficiency.
• Maintain Dock Office at or above 90% 5s standard.
• Resolve order and goods issue discrepancies.
• Reconcile the expected goods.
• Support production with purchase order creation as needed.
• Complete product traceability and withdrawal reports.
• Operate Yard Truck and Switcher duties as needed.
• Proactively communicate within Warehouse and with other departments for issue resolution.

Factory Location: Hawkins, TX.

Compensation: $00.00 / hour

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Shifts: 6:00 pm - 6:30 on a rotational 2-2-3 schedule

Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

• Communicate with Yard Jockeys and Carriers to enhance dock efficiency
• Maintain Dock Office at or above 90% 5s standard

• Complete product traceability and withdrawal reports
• Operate Yard Truck, facilitating Switcher Duties as needed
• Proactively communicate within Warehouse Team and with other Departments for issue resolution and process improvements
• Other duties as assigned by Resource
