Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Dock Coordinator to manage loading/unloading, coordinate dock schedules, and ensure accurate records at our Florida facility. The role supports warehouse operations, communicates with planning, transport and production teams, and helps maintain strict safety and efficiency standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of warehouse experience, strong English communication, proficiency in Excel, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Email, Word).
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift and yard truck experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Run shipping and receiving requirements daily.
• Coordinate truck traffic and execute daily dock schedules for inbound and outbound loads.
• Check trucks in/out of Das Monitor/PINC/Freight Roll.
• Post orders in the SAP system and upload documents.
• Investigate and report inventory management issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and dock area.
• Ensure daily warehouse KPIs are met and apply FIFO practices.
