Arrow Senior Living in Zionsville, IN is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager (Full-Time) to lead nursing care, oversee the Wellness team, and ensure timely, person-centered care for residents.

You must hold an active LPN or RN license in Indiana and be able to perform direct nursing duties, including medication passes. Knowledge of EMR is a plus.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active LPN or RN license in Indiana in good standing.
• Experience delivering hands-on nursing care and medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Proficient reading/writing in English.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Supervise Wellness department in the absence of department heads.
• Lead on-the-floor with residents' care needs and respond to requests.
• Document resident assessments and care records accurately.
• Provide compassionate, professional resident interactions.
