Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems quickly and accurately.
• Answer phones and gather information with confidence and empathy.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused during the check-in process.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (training provided).
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
