The Duke Faculty Club is seeking a Night/Weekend On-Site Supervisor to oversee evening and weekend operations and ensure exceptional member service. You will welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and support club facilities while upholding high standards.
This part-time, 5–12 hours/week role requires independence, attention to detail, and strong communication. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities to develop administrative and operational skills within a vibrant club

As the Night/Weekend On-Site Supervisor for the Duke Faculty Club, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for members and guests while helping ensure smooth daily operations. You will join a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and maintaining the high standards that make the Duke Faculty Club a valued destination for recreation, connection, and community.
Work requires a knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles to perform routine clerical/office support duties normally acquired through a high school education.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $20.00 to USD $24.00.
