SUN Behavioral Health in Kentucky seeks an experienced RN to provide oversight for evening/night and weekend shifts, ensuring staffing, patient safety, and adherence to policies.

The role involves supervising nursing staff (RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Mental Health Technicians), assisting the CNO with staffing coverage, and participating in governance and quality initiatives to maintain high standards of care.

Formación

• Requires an Associate degree in nursing with active RN license in Kentucky.
• CPR certification and hospital de-escalation training are required.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee evening/night and weekend shifts and make on-site decisions.
• Supervise nursing staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Mental Health Technicians.
• Assist CNO with staffing coverage and FTE management.
• Participate in Performance Improvement or Safety Committees.
• Conduct 90-day and annual performance appraisals and staff counseling.
