Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Meat Clerk in the Meat/Seafood Department. You will provide prompt, friendly customer service, wrap and label products, stock cases, and assist with seafood prep to ensure a fresh, inviting display. You’ll work with a team to maintain sanitation and proper inventory while engaging customers and supporting store operations.

This role requires physical ability to lift and move heavy items and to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent experience is required.
• Food safety training or knowledge is preferred.
• Six months or less of similar or related work.
