Job summary

GreenSource Fabrication, a Whelen Engineering Company, in Charlestown, NH, seeks a motivated individual to join the waste processing team on 3rd shift (Mon–Fri 10pm–6:30am). Training is provided; prior experience is welcome but not required.

You will operate wastewater treatment and water recovery systems, perform quality checks, calibrate sensors, and help maintain equipment in a safety‑minded, hands‑on role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent with 1+ year of experience or Technical School with 6 months of experience.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred.
• Hands-on/mechanical aptitude and a high level of dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Process waste from PCB manufacturing through wastewater treatment and water recovery systems for reuse.
• Operate systems within specifications of the zero liquid discharge setup (filtration, ion exchange, RO, evaporators).
• Perform system quality checks and preventative maintenance.
• Calibrate sensors (pH, conductivity).
• Dump, scrape, and clean filter presses; manage waste at different stages of treatment.
• Clean and cup up empty drums and palletize plastic for disposal or recycle.
• Dispose of used process filters and label/store waste containers correctly.
