GreenSource Fabrication, a Whelen Engineering Company, is seeking a motivated individual to join the waste processing team in Charlestown, NH. Training will be provided; prior experience is helpful but not required.

The role operates on a 3rd shift, Mon–Fri, 10pm-6:30am, with opportunities to grow within the company. Located in Charlestown, NH, this full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a chance to contribute to a diverse and inclusive team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Technical School training is preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Hands-on/mechanical aptitude and high levels of dexterity are required.

Responsibilities

• Process waste from PCB manufacturing using wastewater and water recovery systems.
• Operate zero liquid discharge equipment (carbon filtration, ion exchange, RO, evaporators).
• Perform system quality checks and preventative maintenance.
• Calibrate sensors (pH, conductivity).
• Dump, scrape, and clean the filter press.
• Process and dispose of waste at various stages of the treatment process.
• Label, seal, and store waste containers properly.
