Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, nightshift position. Work Monday–Thursday, 6pm start, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with full benefits after 30 days.

The role covers order fulfillment, loading routes, equipment operation, safety compliance, and handling beverage alcohol products. This opportunity supports Breakthru's national operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report deficiencies.
• Move product safely using material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Safely handle shipments and replenishment of product with emphasis on compliance and safety.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance and report unsafe conditions.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Loading: Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
