Job summary

Mitchell Companies is seeking an experienced Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead our overnight warehouse team and keep nightly operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role ensures orders are ready for the next day’s deliveries and supports a smooth handoff to morning shifts.

You will set pace, coach staff, enforce safety, monitor workflow, and collaborate with Warehouse, Delivery, and Sales to improve processes, control inventory, and reduce costs while maintaining high

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order selection, staging, and shipping.
• Coach and develop warehouse employees to improve performance and productivity.
• Set expectations for safety, quality, attendance, accuracy, and productivity.
• Monitor workflow and staffing, adjusting priorities to complete the night’s work.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and discrepancy resolution.
