Job summary

Responsibilities cover coaching outbound staff, monitoring performance, scheduling, and coordinating with Sales/Purchasing/Inventory Control to ensure accurate, high-quality orders and timely execution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year operations/warehouse experience in shipping and receiving perishable products or equivalent experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train hourly employees.
• Strong problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dock and cooler processes.
• Coach and develop outbound associates.
• Monitor work, policy adherence and safety requirements.
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety rules.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Substitute items when unavailable.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing and inventory control.
• Spot-check orders for accuracy and quality.
• Pull critical care orders or double-check for quality and accuracy.
• Inspect material handling equipment daily and coordinate repairs.
