Job summary

Cencora's distribution center in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 7:00pm until complete). You will hire, terminate, direct and evaluate associates while ensuring accurate receiving, packing, and shipping of goods.

You will enforce safety, DEA compliance, maintain records, and support continuous improvement, coaching staff to meet productivity goals and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of related warehouse supervision experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively as a leader, orally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and basic math.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and trains warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, packing, shipping and inventory processes.
• Maintains records of delivery, order filling and shipments.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Coordinates manifests and ensures on-time delivery to customers.
• Monitors attendance and overtime; supports productivity goals.
