Niagara Bottling is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for night shifts in Hazleton, PA. The role oversees warehouse operations, enforces procedures, coordinates repairs, and ensures inventory integrity through cycle counts and month-end reconciliation.

The position requires 4 years in manufacturing or similar environments, with leadership and materials handling experience. A High School Diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred. Benefits and career growth opportunities are provided.

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 Years – Experience in Position.
• 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects.
• 6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment (preferred).
• 6 Years – Experience working in Position (preferred).
• 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enforces operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, materials handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Inspects warehouse and equipment condition.
• Coordinates repairs for equipment with vendors and forklift mechanics.
• Oversees warehouse in absence of Warehouse Manager.
• Reports high cost repairs to department manager.
• Coordinates with production to align warehouse activities with other functions.
• Trains new warehouse employees and evaluates training needs.
• Directs salvage of damaged or used material.
• Performs month-end inventory and cycle counts to reconcile with books.

Education

High School Diploma

Associate's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
