Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise staff at the Reading plant. You will ensure accuracy of shipments, inventory counts, and maintenance coordination with outside vendors, while coordinating with production and purchasing to align activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
4+ years in a field or manufacturing environment.
4+ years in a supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

Enforces procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
Inspects warehouse conditions and equipment.
Coordinates repairs with vendors and forklift mechanics.
Oversees warehouse in absence of Warehouse Manager.
Trains new warehouse employees and assesses training needs.
Plans staffing to cover attendance shortages.
Maintains safety and clean, orderly warehouse operations.
