Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Days) to oversee warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments. The role requires coordinating with production and other functions while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have several years in manufacturing and people management, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time day shift in our Jacksonville facility offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Logistics or related field.
• Experience in field/manufacturing environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations and supervises workers.
• Enforces procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory.
• Inspects warehouse and equipment condition.
• Coordinates repairs with outside vendors and forklift mechanics.
• Trains new warehouse staff and assesses training needs.
• Directs staffing to cover attendance shortages.
