Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Lead for nights to oversee the flow of finished goods to trailers and ensure accurate documentation, such as bills of lading and invoices. You will lead a shipping/receiving team, coordinate trailer loading, and communicate with carriers for on-time collection and loading.

The role requires experience leading teams in manufacturing or similar environments, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to communicate across organizational levels.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing/shipping environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory and storage systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving teams to load finished products.
• Coordinate trailer loading locations and documentation (bills of lading, invoices).
• Communicate equipment instructions within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with SQF and food safety requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and related documentation.
• Maintain timely communication with carriers for on-time loading.
