Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee nightly operations at our Grand Rapids facility. This full-time role involves coordinating daily assignments, monitoring safety, and supporting managers and team members to meet shift goals.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, warehouse supervisory experience, and the ability to stay on your feet for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisor leadership experience in a warehouse capacity.
• Ability to be active and on your feet for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and assist fellow managers with daily assignments.
• Monitor safety guidelines and PPE compliance within the warehouse.
• Open/close/reset work areas per protocol and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Audit drops zones and ensure proper product handling (physical and electronic).
• Maintain payroll and employee logs; verify punches and overtime.
• Lead and coach team members through meetings and performance feedback.
