Job summary

Great Lakes Wine and Spirits is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor for our Grand Rapids facility. The role oversees nightly warehouse operations, mentors staff, and ensures safety and compliance with company policies and MLCC rules.

Responsibilities include payroll logs, overtime management, and staff development, plus leading meetings and maintaining high engagement while supporting hiring and discipline processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse supervision leadership experience.
• Ability to stand on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly warehouse operations and assist other managers to meet nightly goals.
• Monitor safety, security, PPE, and equipment usage; enforce SOPs.
• Open/close work areas and audit drops zones.
• Manage payroll logs, overtime, and attendance records.
• Support hiring, discipline, and staff development.
• Lead team meetings and coach performance; ensure engagement.
• Comply with MLCC rules and company policies.
