Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in a warehouse lead or supervisor role using warehouse management systems.
• 5 years of experience sorting and picking in a warehouse distribution center.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Active and on your feet for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance by assisting and covering managers with daily assignments.
• Communicate with management and team members to coordinate work.
• Mitigate breakage, idle time, and improper supply usage.
• Ensure safety, PPE, and security guidelines are followed.
• Open/close/reset work areas per protocol.
• Audit product handling in zones to ensure accuracy.
• Train, develop, and coach nightly objectives.
• Lead team meetings and monitor employee engagement.
