Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits currently seeks a Warehouse Associate for the Night Shift at our Grand Rapids facility. You will build orders, palletize shipments, stage freight, and load products onto route trucks while operating equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts.

The role requires English communication and a strong work pace in a busy warehouse. The position runs Sunday through Thursday with 7:00 PM start times, including overtime and occasional Friday work based on needs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old (HS diploma/GED preferred).
• Able to stay on your feet for the full shift in a loud, active warehouse.
• Frequently lift/carry up to 55 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Read, write, and communicate in English; follow policies and MLCC rules as they apply to position.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
• Cooperates with all management and staff of GLWAS.

Responsibilities

• Select full cases and individual bottles, build stable pallets (light-on-heavy, labels out).
• Stage and shrink-wrap freight, and load product onto route trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Keep the dock flowing and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet expected case-per-hour standards.
