Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor in St. Louis, MO for a 3rd shift role. You will oversee day-to-day activities with a team of associates, focusing on safety, productivity, and customer service while developing leadership skills for future site ownership.

The role requires 2–5 years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/ transportation, with a competitive salary and bonus potential. Training and a strong benefits package are provided after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and manage a site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Maintain daily deposits and write/ balance bank records.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow Capstone policies and safety rules across the team.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and encourage participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budgets.
