Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily site operations with a focus on safety and productivity. The role supervises associates, negotiates carrier rates, and manages budgetary aspects to ensure high performance.

You will train new hires, balance daily tasks, and ensure customer needs are met, while maintaining Capstone safety rules and policies. This is a 3rd shift position offering a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage budgets and read P&L statements.
• Intermediate computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure associates follow Capstone policies and safety work rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements; interview, hire, train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for services performed; daily closeout and payroll records.
