Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor in the United States Midwest region. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and productivity, train new hires, and manage shift coverage while maintaining service levels for customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong communication across teams, with a focus on budgeting, payroll, and reporting in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Ensure adherence to Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and encourage participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry for services performed and daily closeouts.
