Staples is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support six areas including Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping. You may rotate between roles as needed to support the Staples Supply Chain and customer deliveries.

The role emphasizes safety and efficient operations, with a requirement to pass a drug screen, lift up to 100 lbs, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training/education.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full-Time requires ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift (overtime).
• Ability to lift/push/pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods (100%).
• At least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as required in and around the facility.
• Assist with replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, and order shipping processes as needed.
• Unloading trucks, palletizing products, and ensuring safe movement within the warehouse.
• Support returns processing by matching items to packing slips and labeling appropriately.
• Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders for shipment and load trucks manually.
