Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our supply chain team in a multi-role capacity. You may work as Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway, Returns, or Shipping, with safety as a priority.

You’ll operate forklifts and related equipment, lift up to 100 lbs, and support efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and part-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months in a warehouse environment or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally allowed.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Able to work overtime if needed and lift 70–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, turrets).
• Move products up to 100 lbs within the warehouse following safety rules.
• Assist with receiving, putaway, and returns handling.
• Organize, stack, shrink-wrap orders and load trucks manually as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adapt to different warehouse roles.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and issues.
