Cardinal Health is seeking candidates for warehouse operations in Swedesboro, NJ. The role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include scanning items, operating RF and voice-pick systems, stocking, and moving goods with forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining safety standards and quality control. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; English reading/writing is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Able and willing to work in walk-in refrigerator set at 36°F-42°F for up to 8 Hours or longer.
• Automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment as needed.
• Ability to work standing for long periods with frequent stooping or bending.

Responsabilités

• Follow established SOPs to process orders including picking, quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as assigned by management.
• Cross-train in inbound and outbound operations.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan product with RF scanner, and input product information into computer.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse items.
• Utilize voice-to-pick system to select large cases or small units and place on cart.
• Palletize large items and wrap for shipment; pack small items in boxes.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, etc.).
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
