Job summary

Starting pay is $19.70 per hour with benefits for full-time employees. The role requires hosting shift coverage, reporting incidents, and maintaining high cleaning standards across rooms, restrooms, offices and common areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments is strongly preferred.
• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA and safety guidelines, forklift instructions where applicable.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor to motivate the team.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations by handling escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and breakrooms.
• Follow Supervisor Task Process Flowchart and daily schedules.
• Provide timely escalation reporting to KBS Management.
