Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to supervise a cleaning crew in a fast-paced distribution center environment. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure safety standards, and maintain quality while supporting the Operations teams and responding to escalations.

Starting pay is $16.13 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities. Shifts include days/nights and weekends as needed; location is a warehousing site requiring on-site work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role in janitorial operations.
• Experience in distribution center environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instruction documents.
• Follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams with escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways, and common areas as needed.
• Split shifts amongst team and shift lead to cover daily operations schedules.
• Deliver feedback and escalate issues to KBS Management in a timely manner.
