Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to join our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial crew in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time, permanent role offers starting pay of $18.30 per hour and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a small team, coordinate daily schedules, ensure safety compliance, and support maintenance and operations teams. Experience in janitorial operations and supervisory roles is preferred, with a strong customer-service

Qualifications

Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
Customer service-oriented, friendly demeanor can motivate team and support customer requests.
Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals; reading safety documents is common.

Responsibilities

Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
Provides direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and Field Operations Team by responding to escalations.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
Follows Supervisor Task Process Flowchart for daily operations.
Familiar with coordinating shift coverage and assigning tasks among the team.
Delivers timely escalation reporting to KBS Management Team.
