Sysco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle loading, unloading, inbound and outbound tasks in a freezer/cresh environment, ensuring accuracy and safety. You will use RF equipment to document LPNs, temperatures, and item data, while maintaining neat work areas and following PWMs. The role requires teamwork, good communication, and adherence to safety policies.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a 4-day week and a schedule from 10 p.m. to finish, with no Saturday work.

Formación

• Must be able to pass a functional capacity test.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to communicate with supervision, management and co-workers.
• Able to read and write simple correspondence and instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Receive pallets and ensures they meet defined requirements.
• Enter/scan the LPN, catch-weight, manufacture and expiration dates into the WMS using RF equipment.
• Record piece counts and weights against Bills of Lading and invoices.
• Inspect product for shortages, damage, or quality concerns and report to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in assigned areas and operate MHE safely.
• Follow PWMs for temperature checks and the correct handling of refrigerated and frozen goods.
