Job summary

Sysco is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets and load products onto trailers according to company standards. Expect training pay and potential incentives, with a 4-day schedule and day shifts starting at 7 AM.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, work in freezer and dry areas, and ensure product integrity and safety while meeting productivity targets. Benefits include health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe lifting procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to build pallets quickly, accurately and safely.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Read, write and communicate in English related to job and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) to select, pull, sort and stack product up to 50–90 lbs.
• Work in freezer and dry warehouse environments; use provided cold-weather gear.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse and assist with safety compliance.
