Job summary

Sysco in California is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform general warehouse functions including loading, unloading, receiving, put-away, picks, and replenishments in accordance with PWMs. You will operate MHE, use RF equipment, and ensure accurate data entry for inventory records.

Responsibilities include verifying temperatures for cold and frozen items, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety rules while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must read and write simple correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and verify against documents.
• Enter/scan license plate numbers, catch-weight, dates into WMS using RF.
• Record piece counts and weights from bills of lading and invoices.
• Inspect for shortages or damage and report to supervisor.
• Maintain temperature records for refrigerated and frozen products.
