Job summary

The Chefs’ Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kent, WA to lead and optimize warehouse operations, planning, and logistics. You will drive efficiency and ensure compliant procurement and distribution processes across all functions.

You will supervise a team, manage budgets and P&L impact, and partner with senior leadership to align with company strategy, quality standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a four-year college or university.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Minimum five years related experience in a high level management position with P&L responsibility.
• Produce and/or food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, warehousing and control of materials from forecasted replenishment to delivery into finished goods inventory.
• Ensures compliance with USDA and FDA regulations and ethical standards in procurement.
• Participates in product planning to support launches and timely material acquisition.
• Oversees all warehouse operations and drives efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of deliveries.
• Leads annual goal setting aligned with corporate objectives and supervises hiring, coaching and team development.
• Collaborates with all levels of the organization as a member of the Executive Management Team.
