Job summary

Grey Eagle Distributors is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the night shift to ensure smooth loading operations. You will supervise the nightly loading of package and draught trucks, coordinate daily deliveries, and generate required reports for the Operations Department.

This role requires leadership, strong attendance, and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays with overnight hours. Up to $55,000 annually (DOE) with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of administrative experience in an operations environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating night loading processes.
• Strong attendance, able to work nights and some holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly truck loading process.
• Coordinate loading of package and draught trucks for daily delivery.
• Check loading accuracy and prevent errors.
• Ensure end-of-shift cleanup and reporting.
• Handle administrative reports for the Operations Department.
• OT and vacation coverage as needed.
