Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Fremont, CA for a 6+ month assignment. The role involves accurately picking, packing, staging, and loading customer orders, with RF gun data entry and cycle counting duties.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, third shift, offering hourly pay and a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, performing housekeeping, operating pallet jacks and other equipment, and ensuring records are up to date.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years GMP warehouse experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (Pallet Jacks, conveyors, scales) required.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and SAP or equivalents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of operating supplies; inform supervisor when orders are needed.
• Back fill their area to keep supplies available.
• Perform light housekeeping and clean-up to maintain a high standard.
• Perform daily cycle counts with RF gun and assist in reconciling discrepancies with Inventory Control.
• Maintain accurate hard-copy and electronic records.
