Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a warehouse associate for a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) in Fremont, CA. You will pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders, perform RF gun transactions, and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, conducting cycle counts, participating in audits, and completing training on WI, SOP, and safety. Basic math, data entry, and MS Office/SAP familiarity are preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years GMP warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks, packs, stages, scales, and loads customer orders for external/internal movement and prepares all pertinent documentation.
• Monitors and maintains adequate supply of operating supplies and informs when to order.
• Maintains/back fills their area keeping supplies available.
• Performs clean up and light maintenance to maintain housekeeping standards and supports audits.
• Participates in trainings for WI, SOP, Policies, and Safety.
• Participates in all Company and Departmental meetings and Performance Centers.
• Performs cycle counts daily using RF gun and assists in reconciling discrepancies.
