Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift, Mon-Fri, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, at multiple Fremont facilities. You will pick, pack, stage, and load orders using RF guns, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting audits.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, restocking supplies, basic data entry, and strict adherence to WI/SOPs and safety programs. Team oriented; capable of independent work and flexible to shift changes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years GMP warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply WIs and SOPs consistently.
• Good reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with peers and management.
• Reliable transportation is required for multiple-site work.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks, packs, stages, and loads orders using RF gun.
• Monitor supplies and inform when to reorder; keep areas stocked.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist in discrepancies.
• Maintain housekeeping and support safety and audits.
• Participate in training and meetings; follow WI/SOPs.
